About
Meet Molly Fragiacomo, PMHNP-BC
Molly Fragiacomo is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner dedicated to helping individuals find balance, healing, and hope through compassionate, evidence-based care. With years of experience across diverse healthcare settings, Molly brings both clinical expertise and genuine empathy to her work with patients.
Before specializing in psychiatry, Molly built a strong foundation in nursing through roles in acute cardiac recovery and as a case manager in home health care. These experiences gave her a deep appreciation for the connection between physical and mental health, and the importance of treating the whole person rather than just a diagnosis.
Today, Molly focuses on medication management, supportive therapy, and individualized treatment planning for a wide range of conditions, including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, sleep disturbances, and adjustment disorders. She values collaboration, working alongside her patients to create treatment plans that are practical, sustainable, and tailored to each person’s goals.
Molly’s approach is warm, approachable, and rooted in respect. She understands that seeking psychiatric care can feel overwhelming, and she strives to create a safe space where patients feel comfortable, understood, and supported. Whether guiding someone through a life transition, helping manage a chronic condition, or simply providing a listening ear, Molly is committed to walking alongside her patients every step of the way.
Outside of her work, Molly enjoys spending time with her husband and three young boys. She is an avid reader who loves a good mystery or true crime. She believes that caring for her own well-being allows her to show up fully for the people she serves.
